What Is Stress :

Stress is what can occur if the body feels like it wants to run away from a situation, get direct because of the behaviour of another, or get stuck even though you want to run away or leave. It can cause pressure so you might feel like you keep getting headaches, your heart races, or an upset stomach. It can make you feel helpless and if it carries on too long can lead to a feeling of burnout.

Who Needs It:

Those that might have eating issues start increasing snacking a lot, avoiding activities or things they once enjoyed, seeming to have lost confidence in various places including at home, and taking up habits like drinking or smoking that can affect health. It can also be for those that have poor sleep due to this stress and find they are more irritable than usual including when driving. Those that feel unsupported at home or work.

How Long It Takes:

I start with 6 sessions and if you feel like you want more that can be booked.
