Trauma Psychotherapy
Those individuals who have been through harm and find it difficult to cope. Those who may feel they shouldn’t talk about the situation can at last say to a professional with empathy and care in a confidential space what happened.
Dissociative Therapy
Those who have experienced trauma in their past from a variety of reasons such as divorce, bullying, difficulties at school or university, being in a group or religious setting that had harm happen, those that have been through mind control.
Supervision
Supervision can assist in the work others have in their own counselling or psychotherapy work. Supervision is for those that are required by membership bodies to have monthly support in either their counselling or supervision work.
Bereavement Counselling
Those who have experienced a loss through death or circumstance either recently or in the past.
How Long It Takes: It takes as long as is needed because loss can either cause short or longterm feelings.
Online Counselling
Those that have lifestyles that make reaching a therapist in person hard and it can also assist those that work abroad or travel frequently. It can be for short- or long-term therapy.

Those who feel they may be unwell because of events in the past or down to genetic factors. I cannot diagnose medical issues but can support after a doctor has given results
Over the years, I have worked online as a support person to those with special needs and also those with dissociative disorders or trauma. In the past I volunteered with refugees and those who found themselves homeless in London so understand about the complex problems that can happen for many reasons. I have worked with special needs children and assisted their parents in coming to terms with uncertainty. I am knowledgeable about short-term and long-term disabilities having been a type 1 diabetic for 51 years so some knowledge comes from experience. I understand that many have been affected by the past few years either themselves or those that cared for them like carers or staff
In the past I worked as a psychotherapist at cancer centre with patients who were terminally ill and those that needed support as they were dying of other conditions in a holistic way. I also trained to be a Soul Midwife to assist emotionally while people were dying due to illness or age. At One in Four I counselled those with complex childhoods, dissociation including DID, long term mental health conditions and what is known as severe mental illness all of which I now do as an online practitioner. I have also worked as a counsellor at a Women’s Centre and in a unit for those with severe dementia. I work with both men or women counselling or doing psychotherapy and healing holistically online.
More recently I became a qualified children’s counsellor but have worked in the past with children. I also work for a severe trauma service connected to the NHS. I now work as a tutor tutoring both counselling and supervision online. Most recently I work as a support person in RAFA (Royal Air Force Association) and have been a therapist to those in the military and frontline services. Life experience has shown some harsh realities of life so I am able to hear the most shocking experiences while being present and supportive to a client. Life also has magic moments that one can acknowledge once some of the trauma has been freed or cleared. I will help you get there online.
