Sleep Concerns

One can have sleep concern worries that can happen to those that have stressed mindsets causing insomnia which can be over a short time or even decades. Not sleeping well can cause tiredness and make tasks you usually do so much harder. There can be a variety of reasons why poor sleep can happen such as a new baby that isn’t on regular sleep patterns yet or a medical issue that might get serious in the middle of the night. It might be down to bad dreams or nightmares that can wake us up suddenly.

What are Sleep Concerns:

This can come from a variety of reasons and can be resolved by a change of before-sleep routines or talking about the worries you have that are keeping you awake. Both of these can be affected by what is happening in the present or past events you might have forgotten. It can also occur from living in a noisy environment or home. Those who have shift work that changes quite often can feel constantly tired as it may be more difficult to sleep with family who are getting on with a daytime routine or even noise from letters or packages arriving.

Who Needs It:

Those that feel stressed or low can find sleeping hard. Feel irritated due to poor sleep. Feel you have had poor sleep even though it seems like you had a good number of hours. It can cause problems in relationships if you have quite different sleep patterns. It can also be problematic in social life if you are too tired to socialize. Those with any of these may want help with sleep.

How Long It Takes:

It can take up to 6 sessions or more depending on the causes of the reasons you don’t sleep well.
